In accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Accommodation Tax Ordinance, all guests are required to pay the accommodation tax as outlined below. Thank you for your understanding.

For stays through March 31, 2027 — Flat-rate system

¥10,000 or more but less than ¥15,000 per person, per night (excluding tax): ¥100/night
¥15,000 or more per person, per night (excluding tax): ¥200/night
For stays from April 1, 2027 — Percentage-based system

¥13,000 or less per person, per night (excluding tax): No accommodation tax
¥13,000 or more per person, per night (excluding tax): 3% of the accommodation fee
Example:
For an accommodation fee of ¥15,000 per person, per night (excluding tax), the accommodation tax will be ¥450 per night.
