I went to Hiroshimayaki & Teppanyaki restaurant near Kadoya hotel.　Hiroshimayaki is one of the popular Japanese food.

The chef cooks in front of the counter table.　It was fun just watching them cooking.

You can enjoy other Teppanyaki as well.

The restrant is only 1-2 minutes by walk from our hotel.

 

Hiroshimayaki is same like Okonomiyaki but noodle is inside of Hiroshimayaki.

and you can even chage this noodle to Udon.

Hiroshimayaki is really good!
