Due to unauthorized access to the reservation system via Booking.com, we have confirmed the following incidents regarding reservations of  customers.
・Unauthorized e-mails from the hotel have been sent to customers.

We has asked Booking.com to promptly report any updates on the situation and the results of their investigation.

We ask you not to access any files or links attached to emails from Booking.com. Further, please contact Booking.com directly if you do not recognize the content of any suspicious emails.
If you receive any suspicious e-mails from Booking.com please do not access any included links, files, or make any payments through said emails.
