【Room】

Q: Can I drink tap water?

A:　 Yes, you can.

Q: May I smoke in the room? Where can I smoke?

A: 　Rooms are Non-smoking. Smoking room is in the lobby. Please bring your room key to unlock the door.

Q: Can I borrow extra pillow?

A:　Yes, please come to front desk and request.

Q:Too hot or cold in the room

A:　Because we have central heating system, we cannot switch air-conditioning and heater.
If you feel hot, please leave the window open.
If you need extra blanket, please feel free to ask at front desk.

【Facility】

Q: Is there microwave I can use?

A: 　Yes, it is in the laundry room on 3rd floor.

Q: Is there ice dispenser?

A: 　Yes, it is in the laundry room on 3rd floor. Please ask for ice bucket at front desk.

Q:Is there vending machine or shop where I can buy beverage and snacks in the building?

A:　Vending machine is in the laundry room on 3rd floor but no shops.
There is 24-hour open convenience store “Lawson” next to the hotel.

Q: Where can I exchange money？

A: 　There is currency shop about 5 minutes from hotel on foot.

Open: Week day 10am-6pm (Closed on Sat. Sun. Holiday)

Q: Can I store my luggage after check out?

A:　 Yes, you can. It is free of charge if you pick it up on the same day.
Overnight storage: 1000yen/per day (up to 5 bags)

【Others】

Q: Can I send my luggage?

A: 　Yes, you can. We provide deliverly service. Please ask for assistance at front desk.
