Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you very much for choosing to stay with us.
We would like to inform you of an incident that occurred on August 11, in which a guest room door other than the assigned room was able to be opened using the issued key card.
Following an investigation conducted on August 12, it was determined that the cause of the issue was a misalignment in the door closer, which prevented the door from fully closing and engaging the lock properly.
Please rest assured that, after inspecting all guest rooms, we confirmed that no other rooms could be unlocked using a different key card.
We also shared this information with the key card manufacturer, who confirmed that such an issue cannot occur due to the key card system itself.
In addition, we have inspected and adjusted all door arms throughout the property to ensure proper functionality.
We sincerely apologize for the concern and inconvenience this incident may have caused.
Moving forward, we will conduct regular maintenance checks to prevent any recurrence and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
