During the construction period, the following may occur depending on the progress of the work:

• Construction noise
• Temporary water outages
• Construction workers entering and leaving the hotel and guest room floors

The new central heating system is an energy-efficient heating system that does not use electricity and helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment by reducing air dryness.
